Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal – Return Period

·         You are entitled to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (EU-wide legal regulation).

·         You then have a further 14 days to return the product after notifying us of your withdrawal.

·         Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.

2. Return Notification

·         To initiate a return, please use our [return form] or email us at info@topgrowshop.de, stating your order number.

·         We will provide you with a return number and instructions.

·         Please use a traceable shipping method (e.g. DHL, Hermes, DPD) to prevent loss.

3. Return Shipping Costs

·         The return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

·         We reimburse shipping costs only in case of defective or incorrect items.

4. Excluded Items

·         Consumables (e.g. fertilizers, substrates) if the seal has been broken.

·         Opened hygiene products (e.g. creams, skincare products).

·         Personalized or custom-made items.

5. Refund

·         After we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive a refund within 10 business days, via the same payment method.

·         Return shipping costs are not refunded, except in case of defect or error.

6. Exchanges and Advice

·         Exchanges are not possible. To receive a different product, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

7. Shipping Tips

·         Reuse the original packaging whenever possible.
